TIDES Training & Consultancy is an ethically based non-profit company which offers Conflict Management, Community Relations and Mediation Training. Our team designs and delivers programmes to empower people with practical skills to: deal with the challenges of everyday life, address the legacy of political violence and engage with a more globalised society.

TIDES has a reputation built on the proven ability to develop training programs that are creative and relevant. We work primarily across the Community, Public and Private sectors of Northern Ireland and have an extensive portfolio of work internationally.

All the TIDES team are outstanding facilitators and trainers with many years of experience in the fields of Conflict Management, Diversity, Good Relations and Equality training. This provides the basis of our recognised credibility, creativity and strength.

Capacity Building

It is our utmost priority that learners gain practical skills to more effectively engage in their society. TIDES trainings are both theory and practical based, with a strong emphasis on the practical. “Capacity ” refers to skill building and increasing competence.
