TIDES Training, in partnership with Aurion who are an award winning market leader
in the design of accessible elearning solutions have successfully tendered for the
design and delivery of a training package to support the NI Civil Service in raising
Diversity Awareness to a wide range of staff across eleven Government Departments.

Community Relations work with ethnic Minority Groups TIDES has successfully
tendered for EU funding for a Community Relations project aimed at ethnic
minority groups within Northern Ireland it will be run in conjunction with
the Multi-Cultural Resource Centre.

In October of 2005 TIDES was commissioned to deliver a Good Relations and Diversity
Training package across all Moyle Council staff comprising the Elected
Representatives, and the Chief Executive along with his Senior staff in addition
to staff from each Department area.

Springboard Opportunities Limited delivers exciting cross community and cross border
programmes for unemployed young adults. The programmes are delivered at home and have
an overseas phase in AMERICA, CANADA OR EUROPE.
