Reflective Practice and Evaluation Training

Eastern Childcare Partnership has commisioned Tides Training to deliver OCN Level 2
accredited training in Reflective Practice and Evaluation. This course is fun,
practical, interactive and gives you the opportunity to meet other people in the Early

The course will give syudents the skill to:

• Understand Reflective Evaluation and Monitoring

• Learn about the use of reflective practice, evaluation, and monitoring

• Understand the process, methods and approaches to evaluation and monitoring

This is a chance to learn in a relaxed and supportive environment. The course requires
participants to attend 15 hours of training and complete brief reflections on the topics
covered in training. This can be either completed through five evenings or 2 full days
