Because of the changing demographics within Northern Ireland, our Conflict management training, and our experiences working internationally we recognised a need to develop workshops to promote a better understanding of living in an intercultural society.

As a registered non-profit, TIDES Training receives grant aid for specific projects. With these opportunities, we can be creative and take risks in designing and delivering cutting edge programs. An additional benefit of housing these funded projects is often we can offer our courses at a reduced fee.
