Tides have been working locally over the past four to five years on a plethora
of projects involving mediation work and training in the community. Tides have
been running a Training of Trainers programme for almost four years, which has
proved successful in developing knowledge of mediative and conflict management

international level, as Tides have worked in countries such as Kosovo, Sudan, Pakistan
